1.What is “High Range Soundless Cracking Agent”?
For rock or concrete demolition project most time without free surfaces, we recommend to use High Range Soundless Cracking Agent (HSCA), it is with more powerful in expansive pressure, action is a little slower than explosive, but consistant power and expanisve pressure can lasting 24 hours even 48 hours, working time 8-10 hours to demolish rock or concrete body.
2.How to use it?
2.1.Wear safety long-sleeved rubber gloves when building. Wear safety glasses when filling holes. Do not look directly into the filled holes;
2.2.The water-mortar ratio is 0.30, mix the mortar evenly with about 1.5L of water for every 5kg of mortar by hand or preferably with a mechanical mixer. Control the additive amount of water strictly.
2.3The mortar is very sensitive to the temperature of the building condition, please choose the correct type.
2.4Applicable ambient temperature for products of various types, normally with 30-50 mm diameter holes. The special large-opening product is used in the project of opening from 50 mm to 100 mm.

3.The power
The main ingredient in the mortar is CaO, a chemical that releases a lot of energy when mixed with water. Cracking time is generally 3 to 8 hours.
